Trees are poems that the earth writes upon the sky.
We fell them down and turn them into paper that we may record our emptiness.
Sand and Foam, Khalil Gibran

I LOVE
I love these two lines about trees and paper, and how it reflects the relationship between nature and humans. I am passionate about arts and nature. My vision is to build a space where art and nature are integrated, inspiring people to connect with the natural world and to express their creativity in ways that uplift and enrich the human experience.
I LEARN
After experiencing forest bathing a few times, I was touched tenderly by the forest. There have been times when I felt challenged by the forest too. I believe in the transformative power of nature and wish to share this experience with others, through offering them forest walks as a source of comfort and growth; as a way to cultivate inner wisdom and explore their potential.
I SERVE
Having worked with children with cancer and their families for the past decade as an art therapist, my hope is to also make forest therapy walks available and accessible to children in the hospitals, to survivors, and to caregivers in palliative care and bereavement. In my capacity and through collaborating with various partners, I hope to introduce the benefits of art and forest therapy so that children with cancer can have access to forest therapy, providing them with a safe and brave space that promotes their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
